2. Submit your logo and preferred logo printing
3. Proceed to check out to complete your order
4. Pay online or by bank deposit/transfer (full or 70% upfront)
5. We send you a mockup design of branded item or branded sample for approval if necessary
6. We deliver to your doorstep

Can I buy single product items?

Yes, you can on our retail section, but we mostly sell products per dozen or in bulk.

How long does it take to procure my order?

We complete orders at different time frames, which is indicated on every product profile, Souvenir store orders and items labelled in stock are procured within 1-2 working days unless where it is otherwise stated. Pre order items take anywhere between 1-3 weeks depending on country of origin and custom processes.

We know the importance of your order to you and we deliver within the best possible time as agreed.

Can I see physical samples of my order?

We can arrange a sample delivered to you, depending on order, time and place.

In addition to our online store front and pictures we can send via social media to our customers, customers can come on a scheduled visit to our office at 12A MabinuoriDawodu Crescent Gbagada. Give us a call on 09090001509 or email info@lucy.ng prior to any visit.

How do I send my branding or customization instructions?

We usually contact customers on or before commitment on orders are made to communicate progress

Within Lagos delivery.

We deliver your order to your doorstep for all deliveries within Lagos state.

Customers can also pick up at no cost from our office.

Outside Lagos delivery.

Kindly note this delivery cost guarantees delivery to the nearest partner transport company terminal in your state except when customer wants delivered to doorstep.
